- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I only used Michelle very briefly for mobile home insurance before I left the state. Literally about 2 months. This review is not about the insurance or cost, but her as a person. When I met with her at the office, she was very nice. She listened, understood, we had a talk about her business and family life balance, and we talked straight business. The impression I had from her is she is no nonsense, a straight shooter, but also understanding, listens, and wants to help. I only did a very small amount of business with her (a few hundred), but I was very pleased with her personalty, and she did not talk strictly business. I really felt like she was down to earth. I doubt I will ever live in the area again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to use her services. Michelle was personable and easy to like. I was saying a lot of negative things about other insurance companies, and she just listened and gave her honest feedback and told me she wants to be different and gave me exactly what I wanted.
